Senior Law Enforcement Advisor from the International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program ( ICITAP) of the U.S. Department of Justice Ms. Bonnie Lowe Welsh (standing), elaborating a point to female Officers of the Tanzania Police Force, Criminal Investigations Division and General Administration ranking from Police Constable to Assistant Superintendent who visited the U.S. Embassy Dar es Salaam recently for a presentation titled “Women Police: Leading and Succeeding” and screening of a film titled “Tea and Justice.” The event was organized with a view to promoting “Women Helping Their Communities,” and supporting female police officers in Tanzania as part of Embassy’s commemoration of Women’s History Month.
